ExecStars was founded by someone who has walked this exact path.

Several years ago, a business coach told our founder, Angus Pryor, to hire an executive assistant. At the time, he wasn’t convinced it would be worthwhile.

He wondered whether there would be enough meaningful work to justify it. In hindsight, he can’t believe he waited so long.

That decision freed him from low-value tasks, allowed him to focus on $100 and $1,000-per-hour activities, and created space for both business growth and family life.

Today, ExecStars draws on extensive experience building and managing high-performing teams in the Philippines. Your ExecStar works from our secure, air-conditioned office with reliable high-speed internet and is supported by experienced supervisors.

What kinds of tasks can an ExecStar handle?

Inbox and calendar management, document preparation, follow-ups, research, CRM updates, task coordination, and general executive support. We help you identify and offload the $5–$10 tasks that are draining your time.

We’ve searched the globe looking for well educated, cost-effective, fluent English-speakers in a friendly timezone.  And in the end, we’ve settled on the Philippines. 

Our ExecStars are based in Dumaguete, a college town with one of the highest ranked universities. The team enjoys a modern office with high-speed internet, reliable power, direct support / supervision, and onsite IT support.

This pilot program is offered at under $100 per day. Your initial commitment is 90 days. More details are shared after qualification.
